CARE INSTRUCTIONS

WASHING & CLEANING

Snugglers/Stuffed Animals: Please wash by hand using a bowl of warm water with 1 tsp of liquid detergent mixed in and a soft rag to scrub at any stains OR place in a garment bag and run through a washing machine on delicate cycle. Lay flat to dry. 

Rattles/Teethers: These items cannot be fully washed due to the teething rings & rattle components. However, you can spot clean using the hand wash method. Gather a bowl of warm water mixed with 1 tsp of liquid detergent and use a soft rag to gently wipe all surfaces of the piece. 

WEAR & TEAR

It is completely normal for yarn ends to poke out or for stitches to be pulled and become loose as they are played with. This DOES NOT mean your piece is coming undone. Simply use your finger or a dull instrument to push the end back into your piece. If a stitch was pulled and is now loose, simply tug gently at the surrounding stitches until the loosened stitch is snug again. 

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Handmade items will show wear over time. This is normal and will not affect the quality of the item. However, if your item is damaged in some way, I am happy to work with you to see if the item can be repaired before you try to replace it! Please contact me directly for help :)

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Ready to Ship: Items will be processed in 1-2 days and then ship according to shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Made to Order Items: Items will be processed in 1-2 weeks and then ship according to shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Customs: Items will be processed in 2-4 weeks from order date and then ship according to shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Color Me Customs: Items will be processed in 2-4 weeks from the return of a completed coloring sheet and then ship according to shipping option chosen at checkout. 

Give Back Items: Slots will be opened periodically and items will processed 4-6 weeks from order date. They will be shipped according to shipping option picked at checkout.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY COLORING SHEET?

Completed coloring sheet photos can be submitted through Instagram (@brandon_and_rae), Facebook (Brandon and Rae VIP) or email (brandonandraeco@gmail.com).

WHAT IF I HAVE NO WAY OF PRINTING MY COLORING SHEET?

Send me an email (brandonandraeco@gmail.com) and I am happy to mail a physical copy of the sheet to whatever address you would like! This can be a great option for a gift!
